Your order will ship with UPS ground within 1-2 days of placing an order online at www.mulmulstore.com

For example, if you place your order on Monday, your order will ship on Tuesday or Wednesday. We will notify you via e-mail when your order ships. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to reach you.

You may request for expedited shipping for an additional charge. Please contact us at orders@mulmulstore.com for special shipping requests.

International orders, please allow upto 2 weeks for delivery.

No. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide us with your work or home address.

All merchandise purchased online at www.mulmulstore.com may be returned within 14 days upon receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit (subtracting the original shipping and handling fees).  Credit is valid for six months from date of issue. Once your credit has expired it becomes invalid.

All items returned must be in the same condition in which it was received with tags and packaging. We will not accept returns of used or soiled merchandise.
Intimate apparel (underwear), accessories and jewelry for health reasons may not be returned or exchanged. All sale items are FINAL SALE. No credit or exchange will be accepted.
